The European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road, or ADR for short, is a 1957 United Nations treaty that governs transnational transport of dangerous or hazardous goods.

Turkey has also become a party to this agreement. In addition, legislation has been created in this context in our country.

In this context, enterprises that participate with dangerous goods (sending, receiving, unloading, loading, filling, packaging, carrier) must obtain a Dangerous Goods Activity Certificate regardless of the quantity limitation.

According to the regulations of the ministry, from 01.01.2018, the Dangerous Goods Safety Consultancy service must be provided by the Dangerous Goods Safety Consultancy Organizations.

In this context, our company has established a new company to obtain authorization from the ministry.

Our company “İZMİR ADR TMGD TEHLİKELİ MADDE GÜVENLİK DANIŞMANLIĞI LTD. ŞTİ.” was authorized on 29.12.2017.
